Imagine the Horse Council system as a transportation system that is designed to move information and address horse industry concerns back and forth on the roads created by interested and involved horse people. This system and the organizations involved in making it work share similar goals. Whether the participants are focused on local, regional or national issues, their goals work toward creating an environment which promotes a healthy respect for all disciplines and breeds in the horse industry and moves toward what is beneficial to the overall horse community.
