The knowledge you bring to the CHC: As a former horse show exhibitor and trainer and now an Associate Professor of Equine Sciences at Colorado State University, I bring an interesting mix of applied / hands on experience with academic knowledge to the Colorado Horse Council. How you can benefit the CHC and its members: I do my best to provide research based and factual knowledge to both the Council and its membership. What you do in your spare time: I enjoy judging horse shows for the AQHA and APHA and love to snow ski in the winter. The types of horses you own/ride: I have most recently owned and shown Paint and Quarter horses. However, I have also been involved with Arabians. The discipline you are interested in: I enjoy and appreciate a good horse in any discipline.
