Sarah Geis
Geis Equine
Sarah owns and operates Geis Equine, a training and coaching business out of Larkspur, CO. She has been training horses in some capacity for over two decades, and riding long before that. She’s done everything from riding hunter/jumpers, to eventing, to starting colts, to working on a cattle ranch, to training mustangs, and is currently focusing on showing stock and cowhorses. One of the things she loves most is tapping into to each horse’s unique potential and helping others to see and appreciate it.
Sarah’s training style is first and foremost a practical one. Horses need fairness and understanding, but they also need to be realistically educated in order to be safe and reliable partners for their humans. But above all, her motto is that this horse thing is too expensive not to enjoy it!
