Colorado Horse Council Membership

A Colorado Horse Council individual or household membership is one of the strongest investments you can make for your horse and for the future of our industry. Members receive timely bulletins on legislative, health, and zoning issues that directly affect horse owners along with exclusive discounts on CHC merchandise, streaming content, and special events. Your membership also strengthens our presence at the State Capitol by supporting professional lobbyists who protect equine interests while giving Colorado a national voice through the American Horse Council. Additional peace of mind is available through horse related insurance products offered by Equisure, Inc.

The Colorado Horse Council is a member-based, non-profit organization. The vital interests of Colorado’s horsemen are at the heart of the Colorado Horse Council mission, which is to unite Colorado’s horse owners and horse industry into a powerful cohesive voice to protect the common equine interest through legislation and education. To build industry strength, the CHC brings together all horse interests, regardless of breed preference, discipline affiliation, business type or recreational pursuit.

CHC maintains:

  • A horsemen’s network
  • State lobbyists
  • A broad platform of educational programs
  • Bulletins, legislative updates and newsletters
  • National influence via the American Horse Council
  • Advocate for local issues
  • Active industry promotions | Expos | Websites AdvertisingĀ

Our strength comes from our members who understand that joining the Colorado Horse Council represents a wise investment in our state’s thriving horse industry.
