New for 2024!There are two memberships for the Colorado Horse Council, the Individual Voting Membership, and the Voting Family Membership. We no longer have Organizational Memberships. The Equine Excess Insurance is no longer automatically attached to your membership, it must be purchased separately after you purchase or renew your membership. The ‘Order” generated for you reflects your current membership status.
- Voting Individuals Membership – $40

- Equine Excess Insurance – $20/Individual $40/ Family
The two membership types offered allow you to choose the one best for you, whether you’re an individual or part of a family. The benefits offered with each membership vary. Both membership types qualify for Personal Excess Liability Insurance and offer voting privileges at our Annual Meeting. All memberships provide ground admission tickets to our annual Rocky Mountain Horse Expo, as well as providing the peace of mind knowing we are looking out and fighting for your best interests in the equine industry.

Individual Insured
- Qualify for up to $1 million Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance. Coverage is for one individual.
- Two (2) Rocky Mountain Horse Expo Grounds Admission tickets.
- 1 vote is allotted in the Colorado Horse Council.
- Other Horse-related insurance products are available to members through Equisure, Inc, and FAQ’s.
Family Insured
- Qualify for up to $1 million Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance. Coverage is for up to 2 adult spouses and their unemancipated children under 18 years of age still living with them.
- Four (4) Rocky Mountain Horse Expo Grounds Admission tickets.
- 1 vote allotted in the Colorado Horse Council.
- Other Horse-related insurance products are available to members through Equisure, Inc., and FAQ’s.
*Equine Excess Personal Liability Insurance coverage covers a calendar year from January 1st to December 31st regardless of the date/time during that year the CHC Individual or Family Membership was purchased. The CHC membership dues cover 12 months starting the date you pay your membership dues.
